Data collection by form

Each form or teleservice limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary.

The information collected in each form is recorded in a computerised file by the company CCPA (ZA du Bois de Teillay, Quartier du Haut Bois 35150 JANZE). The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.

The data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your request.

The data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: the department responsible for processing your request according to the request made. It is processed according to secure protocols and allows CCPA to manage the requests received in its computer applications.

They are kept for as long as it takes to process your request and then deleted after 2 years.

You may access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data; you may also object to the processing of your data. C – Third-party cookies intended to improve the interactivity of the site
